Standard Metal Circular Saw Blades have a lateral surface hollow grinding as a radial ground structure. Due to fine grinding chamfers against cutting direction, this  can cause material side pick-up during adverse cutting conditions on the cutting edges and functional surfaces of the saw blade.

The grinding chamfer are ground in the cutting direction by the finest peripheral grinding machine for the ULTRA CUT saw blades so the friction force is reduced to a minimum.

Low cutting width and minimal run out will ensure the best cutting applications.

the novel type of multi-layer coating of the ULTRA CUT saw blades offers highest performance, especially for cutting steel profiles and difficult materials.  High surface hardness in combination with low coefficiency of friction guarantees optimum tool features.
